A Unique Way to Find Your Brand (an interview with actor Anthony Darvall)
I recently had the opportunity to interview Anthony Darvall, an Australia-based actor who is AMAZING.
We talked about how he found his brand, and it’s something so different and unique that I just HAD to share it.
Basically, he goes out into the real world and asks people for direct feedback on how they see him.. And it’s made an ENMOROUS difference in how much work he books - so much so that he has built an extensive IMDB page in just a few years since following this branding strategy.
Some of what we talk about includes:
The exact process he followed, and how to ask people for feedback and get REAL answers - rather than have people just tell you what you WANT to hear.
How to make it feel WAY less awkward when asking for direct feedback.
How to take that feedback and distill it down into a simple, easy to use brand that will help you book a lot more work.
