Interviews With Acting Teachers/Coaches
Thanks for agreeing to do an interview with me!
My goal is to help actors get more bookings and move their careers forward (feel free to check out my "About" page), and in this interview we will be discussing your own career and what you've seen in the actors you've helped so actors can learn from our discussion. Below are 6 possible interview questions to discuss (we might not do all of them, or we might do some different ones depending on what we talk about).

- Background: Tell me a little bit about your career. How did you get into what you do and what are 1-2 of your biggest accomplishments to date?
- Tell me a little bit more about those accomplishments, like how did you achieve them and what factors do you think contributed most to you accomplishing them?
- How You or the Actors You Work With Promote/Market: What are some of the things you or your students do on a daily or weekly basis to get paid acting work?
- Tell me a bit more about each of them and how they have contributed to moving careers forward?
- Your (or Your Student's) Goals: What are 1-2 of your or your most ambitious students' biggest goals in the acting industry?
- What are some of the specific steps being taken to reach those goals?
- Your Advice on Auditioning: What are two or three top tips you can give to an actor who struggles to get called back after auditioning?
- Your Advice on Getting an Agent (optional): How did you or a student of yours go about getting an agent, and what would be your advice for other actors looking to do the same?
- Your Top Suggestions: Out of everything you've seen, what one or two things do you think are the most helpful in moving acting careers forward?
- Is there anything an actor should AVOID doing?
- If you had to give some advice to an actor stuck at a plateau in their career, what would it be?
- Anything else you'd like to say?
Referrals: This question is not going to be included in the interview, but who are 2-3 other people you can think of that might be helpful for actors to hear from? I'm interested in speaking with acting teachers, casting directors, agents, managers, filmmakers, or very successful actors you might know.
