Look at your daily routine. Write down every single thing that you do each day, and then ask yourself the question: what am I doing that is not useful?
For instance, my daily routine consists of the following:
Shower and get ready for the day.
Read the news.
Do emails and shoots.
Browse YouTube for fun stuff.
Work on my blog entries.
Go to sleep.
My goal is to write a book. What can I change to start writing a book? Well, the most useless thing is watch YouTube videos. What if I changed that to:
Work on my book.
That would be so much more productive! Then slowly, over the course of a few months, I could have a completed book ready for sale! Awesome!
