Life’s a lot like riding through the desert—you gotta keep moving, even when you’re not sure where the road leads. For me, that journey started during my junior year of college, the night I watched Good Will Hunting and Dead Poets Society back-to-back. I was grinding through a finance degree, but it just didn’t sit right with me. That night, I realized I was meant for something more.
The next semester, I signed up for my first acting class. I knew right then I was on a different kind of journey. After graduation, I took on every side gig I could—Uber, Grubhub, Amazon Flex—just to save up and head west to California. I absolutely love playing characters from westerns—cowboys, outlaws, and drifters who live by their own code. There’s a quiet strength in those roles that speaks to me, with themes of freedom, justice, and redemption. |
